We’re Mark Deal and Jeff Brown – between the two of us we have over 10+ years experience in the Podcasting space.

A little about Jeff Brown
I’m Jeff Brown and I’ve made it my mission to help others bridge the gap between intention and implementation with everything that I do.
In 2013 I launched my own Podcast the Read to Lead Podcast, where I’ve been honored to interview a number of New York Times bestselling authors and thought leaders like John Maxwell, Seth Godin, Dan Miller, Daniel Pink, Simon Sinek, Chris Brogan (not once but twice), Gary Vaynerchuk and Liz Wiseman among others.
Before that, I spent 26-years in radio which included a strong run on an award-winning and nationally syndicated morning show from 2002 to 2008.
Simply put, I know podcasting, and I know what does and doesn’t work when it comes time to share your message.
A little about Mark Deal
I’m Mark Deal and have made a livelihood helping attorneys and other service professionals showcase their talents and experience on both independent and branded podcasts.
I started my own podcasting journey in 2013 when I first appeared as a guest on a top-rated show. Since then I have hosted/cohosted multiple interview-based podcasts and continue to be a guest expert when called upon. I run a local podcasting organization of ~750 and speak publicly at professional organization events.
Going even further back; I was a Financial Statistician, Electrical Engineer, and a U.S. Navy Nuke. My BS and MBA served me well in corporate America, but I truly came alive when I started holding a mic!
I learned early on the value of being a podcast guest and continue to demonstrate that value to others.
We have interviewed hundreds of people and we both run our own podcasting support groups.
